In truth this was supposed to be just a stop for lunch today at a very convenient point off the M40. Given the experience though, I think you can expect the queues to end up down the motorway slip road as word spreads about you! A brilliant venue, totally unique character and the sort of food that has had me wanting it all over again all day long. I can't believe my good fortune in finding you. Sadly others will do the same now. Just keep some spare culinary magic dust in reserve for my next visit please!.

Had wonderful Brazilian BBQ organised by Antonio and his team. Great atmosphere and plenty of meat.

Fabulous food - quirky settings and run by 2 excellent chefs. A great place for meetings too - so much more soul than the hotel next door with its Costa Coffee! We will definitely re-visit

We visited for a late breakfast. Was quiet as we were there early. You eat at rustic tables in rooms decorated with historical and odd items. These may be traditional work tools, or electrical meters.
The breakfast was great.
The place also had a yard selling all kinds of architecture salvage. Well worth a visit when travelling up the M40. Much better than stopping at a motor way stop.

The best bacon Brie and cranberry toasted sandwich ever. Toast deliciously crisp, and the bacon perfectly cooked. And an excellent Americano to accompany. The menu in itself is enticing, reasonably priced. Love it.

Wow, what a completely different restaurant. Fabulous food in amazing surrounding. The staff are so accommodating. If you are visiting the Oxford belfry it is well worth the 2 minute walk, you will not be disappointed

Wife and I had a meal here tonight. Food was great, waiters attentive and atmosphere relaxed. If I'm ever this way again, I'd definitely come back here.

Quirky cafe within a stylish antiques shop. I had the slow roast pork roll ( the best hog roast I've had in years, a sublime carrot cake abd a mocha. All really tasty.

We dropped into Lassco Three Pigeons by chance and was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed my Club Sandwich and a nice bottle of ale and finished off with a latte and excellent carrot cake. Everything was home made (if not then they've got an amazing supplier).
I would highly recommend Lassco to anybody passing through that area.
