We really enjoyed both the dinners we had at the pub, and appreciated the friendly service. It was great to be able to walk there, and they happily provided a bowl of water for our dogs. Very high quality food, nice building, and we strongly recommend it.
We had an amazing time at the Wheatsheaf, we had originally booked in for a doggie brunch and the humans ended up staying for 2 courses! It was a quiet day! We went for a last minute dinner, good portions of good food! Drinks were fluffed up a couple times but they were young and can be easily changed. Slightly pricey but will return when we can afford too!

Pub have a nice atmosphere, waiter is efficient and polite. We sat by the window and bright. We really enjoyed the fish and chip with a large bowl of salad that I request to replace the chips as I am diabetes can't take many carbohydrates. Thank you very much. Hope I can come back today for lunch.

Just ordered via Deliveroo as i haven’t had a chance to dine in yet. The lamb shank dish is superb! Considering it is home delivery I am really shocked at the quality of food, it’s hot and fresh and very tasty! Cannot wait to visit with the family in person
