Service was great and the food was as expected. My wife and I had the grandioso sharing platter to start. It was enjoyable, but there's a lot of meat to get through compared to cheese, olives and breads. I'm not sure the balance is quite right. I then had the seafood linguine which was good. My wife had the sirloin, which she ate but said was a bit tough. Overall, enjoyable but expensive.

Desert a ball of Vanila and the end was the Camomila Tea !

We had a lovely meal. Portions were great and the staff were friendly. I ordered pate and then chicken milanese. Both were amazing. The restaurant was busy but tge staff ensured we were looked after.
Fast and very friendly service. Good food, great indoor/outdoor dinning not to mention you can purchase very nice produce to take away.
After waiting a small amount of time to be seated due to one waitress ignoring us whilst cleaning cutlery, the food here was lovely and the waitress who then seated us was good and the service was quick. I would revisit if in the shopping centre again.

One of the best mushrooms soup I ever tasted. Service is fantastic. Warm, accommodating, polite & helpful.
The server was friendly and helpful in helping me to choose my pasta dish. The food was delicious.
We came here for lunch and my friend had booked a table in the morning. When we got there the lady showing people to their tables didn't seem to take notice of that we had already booked a table.. even though I told her twice... and just said it takes 5-10 mins to set up a table. When we got the table my friend was already sat at the reserved table so had the lady just looked she would have known. Something so simple.
Otherwise everything else was really good. Our waitress was lovely and friendly. The food was good and great to see more vegetarian choices! Service was fast!
Carluccio’s are somewhat of a favourite of mine. Their staff are always friendly, the atmosphere both classy and relaxed. However, what I really go for is the food. The selection of pastas is perfect, with something to suit most tastes, and my mother really enjoys their breakfasts. We have also stopped by for coffee and cake on occasion.
This restaurant is my nearest, but at quite a drive, we don’t visit as often as I’d like. Whenever we have, we have had a lovely meal, and felt relaxed and sated, no matter what else we have to do that day.
In contrast to previous reviews my experience of this Restaurant was excellent. The food was well prepared and presented. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to assist in both choice of menu and food.
The atmosphere was calm, quiet and intimate despite being in a busy shopping centre during sales.
