I went into your coffee shop today, and ordered a flat white Americano, i was blown away when the cashier said that it was on them. It really made my day. I have told everyone and looked up online, and saw that staff can give free drinks to people they feel like. What an awesome marketing ploy. Thanks guys 😁🖒☕

Been to lots of eateries in MK, and to be honest its been a great disappointment. This Pret is a very good, feels different to the ones in london. I had their crayfish salad with a nice dressing, together with mango a& mandarin drink, both were great and light. Very impressed.

I really like the coffee in this place. When I'm up the city centre and just want to have a quick coffee & sit down, this is the place to go. I gave up on both Costa and Starbucks, and here's why: Costa - no matter how busy it is in there (and it does always seem to be very busy), the coffee will take about 5 minutes. Not sure why. Starbucks - overpriced and untidy. I actually went in there a few days ago; there were two tables with empty cups/plates/rubbish on and the staff were standing around chatting. Not efficient. Back to Pret. Their service is very very quick. As I said, I only want a quick coffee and that's what I get. There's a dedicated person pouring the coffee constantly so I've never waited more than 30 seconds for my drink (not including the queue). The cost is cheap; compare 99p at Pret to £3 at either Costa or Starbucks. There's no competition! The service is always very friendly. I've never had a server who didn't smile and wish me a good day - it really makes a difference. I've rarely - if ever - had such a wish from anyone at the other coffee shops.

i like pret anyway and this branch s no exception, love the funky metal decor, it can get pretty busy and the food isnt always well stocked so avoid peak times but other than that its well worth a trip!

Nice location, various seating areas. Very nice varieties of hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, pastries, salads, fruit. Coffee is perfect. Staff are good and prices are reasonable.

Fancied it as a change from Costa. It's OK: coffee would definitely put hairs on your flippin chest tho!

Standard Pret shop, good for fresh sandwiches, wraps, small salad boxes, cakes, crisps and drinks. Always someone cleaning away any customer mess an ensuring the seating area is clean. Fast service and happy staff. Great for a quick bite to eat but obviously not a place to go for a meal.

I typically visit this branch of Pret on a weekly basis and have always been highly satisfied with the level of service I have received. However, my visit today (10th September) was a particularly commendable. Maria was welcoming, friendly and a great advocate for Pret. Keep up the good work!

Great place. Consistently good food and staff do go the extra mile. I asked if there was a particular roll on the tray full of food used to restock the fridges. The lovely man went back to the kitchen and made one for me😀

Good food and coffee. Lots of vegetarian options. Bright and nice interior and the staff are always friendly. It is still chain and you need to queue but overall better than Starbucks, Costa and Nero.

I used to pop in around 9.30am for bacon roll and excellent flat white. My routine has had to change and I miss it. Used to love the mac cheese with prosciutto - until they started adding Cauliflower bits - yuk!

I love pret as they fill their sandwiches and wraps reaaaaally good, making it better for lunch than most places close to my work. Could do with refilling stock more around lunchtime though, there have been a few times that I have gone to grab something to eat and there’s been no veggie options as they’ve sold out by 12pm.

Lovely food great staff. The manager helped me and checked my food was gluten free and even made a suggestion about other foods available for me. The lemon gluten free cake was amazing 😋
