Since Broughton Fish & Chips became Codswallop with soggy fish and now no longer a chippy, I have been looking for a ideal nearby replacement.
This nearby replacement is Moores, the batter on the fish is crispy and the chips is great. Now I really enjoyed Fish & Chips once again.

Was in the area, in the mood to have fish and chips! The reviews speak for themselves, what can I say from personal experience. Words cannot explain, just the best fish and chips I have had in my life. I travelled few places, and love fish and chips but this tops it all. From the fresh oil, the fish to the chips! Not forgetting the gravy and mushy peas, I got haddock and the cod bites so for sure recommend you to try. Thank you again, great friendly team. Will be back! Keep it up.

We ordered food from here Saturday night and I was so impressed by the quality and the quantity of food.
The fish is massive!! Below is a ‘regular.’ The better is super tasty and the right texture, the fish is flaky and soft.
The chips are cooked to perfection and taste amazing
And lastly the curry sauce again, was spot on. Perfect texture and full of flavour!
Really cannot fault this place at all.
