The food is good. I can't say it's amazing but at the good standard, well prepared and packed. It's not as bad as i originally thought of reading the reviews from previous customers. 4 stars from me, giving some room to improve. Other customers might not agree, but we all like different preferences. Thanks

This is a nice chippy, chips are nice and fresh, sausage in batter-crispy and yellow, second time, was a home delivery-arrived 25 mins early, 1/4 burger better than BK, large and fresh- many thanks for providing the food to is in Brooklands. Nice staff there, food was also hot on both occasions, no issues from me at all.

My favourite thing on the vegan menu is by far the chicken bites. They’re unbelievably tasty. Those and a chip butty are the perfect combo, I can’t recommend it enough for vegans who miss a proper chip shop takeaway. The only thing I really don’t like are the onion rings; I wish they weren’t excessively battered. Worth noting that the homemade vegan coleslaw is very delicious. As the deliveroo eta was saying 45 mins we instead went in to the restaurant to order/collect. After 15/20 mins I asked the lovely attendant on the till how much longer and he said they needed another 10mins more as the machine was being used for another order! Ultimately counting the journey and time waited we should have just ordered in. Never the less, finally got back and devoured the scrumptious dinner! Thanks Tasty MK

Came to get our first take away on the way back from walling the dog. I'm not a fan of fried chicken but I tried some of my other half's dinner and my gosh it was fabulous. Not greasy, lovely tast and soft moist chicken on the inside. My fish was cooked lovely and proper chip shop chips not burnt hard crisps! We will definitely be back

I can always rely on TastyMK to be the one takeaway with plentiful vegan options still open when it’s late and I need a quick meal. After trying the vegan fish a few months back and finding it wasn’t for me, I decided to try the chicken bites instead this time and I enjoyed them so much I subsequently ordered them again 2 days later. Before I thought their chips were often overcooked but the last 2 times I’ve ordered they’ve been perfect. Definitely makes up for the previous times. The only thing that I’m not a fan of are the onion rings. I get some people might enjoy battered onion rings but I’d love an option to have breadcrumbed ones instead. It’s really cool that they’re revolutionising the iconic chip shop to make room for vegans too, so we aren’t lumped with soggy vegetables in breadcrumbs. If you’re vegan and visiting MK or live here, it’s definitely worth a visit—or an Uber Eats order.
