The best subway I have ever had. Staff were friendly. Food was so fresh and steaming it was so warm. Perfect amount of everything on the sandwich. Juice was perfect - crushed ice and had Diet Coke available!! Staff were constantly keeping on top of cleaning the shop. 10/10

To my despair I didn’t realise until after I finished my meal that the toilet (which is also the staff toilet) had no soap, when I told the staff they said they knew but there was nothing they could do as they had no soap left, I then asked for hand sanitizer which they didn’t have. I then noticed them preparing a sub with bare hands.
Poor customer service ever experienced. 6 people of staff was available none of them were able to do anything.poor availability of food as not proper packaging of sub. Missing item with churros. No caramel was provided by the staff.
The self-service machines are slow and don’t work. when I eventually managed to select my order after 15 minutes, the machine didn’t accept it. staff were unhelpful and did not assist with me or others experiencing the issue. there was a large queue of people who left before ordering or also gave up
