Nandos Kingston never disappointed us. The food is always good and very nice atmosphere. Plenty of free parking. Waiting time is high (30-40) minutes on busy days but the food is delicious and worth the wait.

Food was good as always but service was slow even tho restaurant was not full as kitchen had the food ready on there counter but to arrive to the table took more than 15mins.

I know it's nandos and it is what it is so it feels weird doing a review but Sara was just so lovely today that I felt like I should give her a shout out. I use walking aids (crutches) so getting around in a restaurant can be a bit of a faff but she was so attentive and helped me before ever being asked. With every little thing that is normally an issue that people without walking difficulties don't usually consider she was on it. Just a simple example: she said she'd follow me over to the table instead of going first. Which seems like nothing but when you're slow and in pain people don't realise how much pressure it puts on you to have to match someone else's speed especially when navigating tables etc. And she was just as considerate for the rest of the time I was there. I did not have to get up once. She was a gem.

Staff at this branch try their best while coping with extreme amounts of online orders & in store customers. While not always the fastest there is no denying the staff work very hard to do their best.

We were seated quickly and the tables were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and happily accommodated my allergies.
The food came quickly and was very tasty, all changes were correct and the allergies were labeled on the plate.

Visited here this evening was quite late but friendly staff welcomed us & freshly cooked our meals even though it meant they went over their time. A lovely man offered a starter too for whilst we waited for the food. Highly recommend based on staff & lovely food. Thanks

Standard Nando’s, you know exactly what to expect. Prices are a bit expensive but it’s good quality. Service was very quick.
A side note, the Peri Peri Vusa sauce pictured below does not mess about, definitely give it a try!

Great enjoyed our visit to Kingston Nandos. It wasn't so busy, for that reason It didn't take long for our food to served. Staff was exceptional.
