his is the best Costa branch in Milton Keynes, mainly because of the upstairs area and the friendly staff. The staff know my order even before I ask, which is great as a regular customer. However, the upstairs area is often closed, which is a shame as the downstairs area is too small and cramped. I would love to be able to work on my laptop in peace upstairs, but that's only possible when the upstairs area is open, which is rare. Overall, I would still recommend this branch as the staff are nice and down-to-earth, unlike some of the other branches in Milton Keynes.

Honestly the nicest Costa workers in any Costa in MK I've been to. They're always so friendly which is impressive given how busy this store is. The upstairs dining area is the best thing about this store. It's laid out so nicely and is the perfect place to sit and work in. This costa opens early too so you can get a drink in the morning. I would say the food is better than the drinks as a general thing about costa, just because I prefer different coffee. But that is no fault of this store itself as they make drinks well to a high standard every time. This is the nicest Costa in central MK for sure. 4 stars for atmosphere simply because of how busy the store is which can get a bit off putting.

This is probably the best branch of Costa in Milton Keynes purely because of the upstairs area and because the staff are nice and reasonably friendly. As a regular, they always know my drink before I’ve even ordered. Only thing letting them down is the fact the upstairs area is always closed which is a real shame as the downstairs area is too small and cramped. Upstairs you can have your coffee and work away on the laptop in peace - but that’s only when it’s actually open every blue moon. Overall, would recommend though as the staff are nice and don’t have huge egos unlike other branches I could mention.
