This Costa branch in Milton Keynes is one of the best, thanks to its friendly staff and spacious upstairs area. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The only downside is that the upstairs area is often closed, which is a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.

A very pleasant experience. Clean, really friendly welcoming staff, felt a very local atmosphere with the welcome and service. Got a fruit cooler and millionaire shortbread, both of which were great.

Tried to pay with teen choice award card but it wasn’t working for some reason, despite having a £15 balance. The lady at the till was honestly more than helpful and we paid for our food but she gave us coffees on her. It was Great customer service 👍🏼

Excellent physical distancing measures in place. Service was efficient and as friendly as can be from behind perspex screens with everybody wearing face coverings. Surprisingly noisy for ten customers. Apologies to those who overheard my teacher voice as I was invited to speak during a video meeting.
