Zen Garden

Lovely refurbished location in the business district of Milton Keynes. Good quality buffet food, staff kept replenishing dishes constantly so always fresh. Good selection at lunchtime, even bigger selection in the evening (higher price). We enjoyed our meal and the bill was very reasonable so we will be back.

plenty of selection, food was nice and the staff were friendly. Only reson for 4 star really was because i felt it was a little bit grubby. Customers who wrer based next to us were vile human beings and let there children destroy the place and throw food everywhere without tidying up after themselves, an just expected staff to clean up after them.

Buffet and food was really good. Only issue was, they weren't really refilling anything more but we did arrive towards the end of the buffet which I guess is expected but it was an hour and a half before it ended. The staff were nice enough though with drink orders being taken fairly early on and although there is no instruction needed with a buffet, it would have been nice to have been told info on it like just go and help yourselves. The food however, was good so increased amount of stars on this basis.

This is a great place for large parties who want to get in and out in a short space of time. Because you serve yourself, you're not relying on the kitchen struggling to get all the food out together, and no messing about waiting for Chantelle from accounts to make up her mind what she wants from the menu before the order even makes it to the kitchen. The food is reasonable standard Chinese, although it won't win any awards, but very good for a buffet. It's nice to be able to see what you're getting before committing to it, and maybe even try a bit before going back for more.

Great place to go for an easy lunch with the family or just the girls! not bad for an evening date too. Easy to navigate around the restaurant, calming colours for the decor. great atmosphere. definitely my preferred Chinese buffet in Milton Keynes! They woud get one more star if the waiting staff were a little more attentive to drinks orders and of the restaurant had better deals on drinks.
