Top, top quality customer service. The staff were helpful, friendly, obviously very passionate about the Levi brand and did the alteration to my Levi belt straight away, plus it was free of charge. I have to say I was super impressed and I won’t be buying my jeans anywhere else, that’s for sure. It’s very rare nowadays to be genuinely delighted by a retail experience but I was today… Well played!

Jeans shopping for most middle aged blokes is usually nothing short of a major trauma. Buying online is no help. For some strange reason the sizing of jeans appears to vary on the colour or style you choose. This shop was an absolute delight. Yes it was clean, laid out simply and very user friendly, but what made it for me was the brilliance of the staff. So friendly and so knowledgeable about their products. I explained the style and colour I wanted and the lady serving me knew exactly which jeans to recommend. The size I needed wasn’t on display, so she went upstairs to the stores and located it. The changing rooms were very user friendly and no fuss to use. I felt so at ease with the shop assistant, once I’d tried them on I asked her how she thought they fit. She was waiting outside the changing room door. Mind made up I headed to the till. On the way, I spotted a western style shirt, my size was not on display. A different assistant saw me this time, she located the right size from the stores and again was delightful. Getting to this shop involved two hours driving and a 64 mile round trip. I am so glad I made the effort. Beyond first class service from the lovely staff and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We've just had the best experience ever in this store, every member of staff was so helpful & couldn't do enough for us, my husband bought 2 pairs of 501's which needed hemming up, we had the phone call the same day to say they were ready & at no extra cost, a great big thank you to all the staff, you were wonderful
