Top, top quality customer service. The staff were helpful, friendly, obviously very passionate about the Levi brand and did the alteration to my Levi belt straight away, plus it was free of charge.
I have to say I was super impressed and I won’t be buying my jeans anywhere else, that’s for sure. It’s very rare nowadays to be genuinely delighted by a retail experience but I was today… Well played!

Excellent service yesterday. First time I’ve used the store & the 2 assistants gave great customer service . Purchased 2 pair of jeans comfortable & smart. Unfortunately tried couple T-shirts on but not for me. The lad that explained the different cuts was especially helpful. Thanks again 👏

Jeans shopping for most middle aged blokes is usually nothing short of a major trauma. Buying online is no help. For some strange reason the sizing of jeans appears to vary on the colour or style you choose.
This shop was an absolute delight. Yes it was clean, laid out simply and very user friendly, but what made it for me was the brilliance of the staff.
So friendly and so knowledgeable about their products. I explained the style and colour I wanted and the lady serving me knew exactly which jeans to recommend.
The size I needed wasn’t on display, so she went upstairs to the stores and located it.
The changing rooms were very user friendly and no fuss to use.
I felt so at ease with the shop assistant, once I’d tried them on I asked her how she thought they fit. She was waiting outside the changing room door.
Mind made up I headed to the till. On the way, I spotted a western style shirt, my size was not on display. A different assistant saw me this time, she located the right size from the stores and again was delightful.
Getting to this shop involved two hours driving and a 64 mile round trip.
I am so glad I made the effort. Beyond first class service from the lovely staff and I would recommend this shop to anyone.
We've just had the best experience ever in this store, every member of staff was so helpful & couldn't do enough for us, my husband bought 2 pairs of 501's which needed hemming up, we had the phone call the same day to say they were ready & at no extra cost, a great big thank you to all the staff, you were wonderful

John Stirling in particular has been very helpful. I had a problem instore re ordering a pair of jeans for my son, hence they did not arrive. The store have taken it upon themselves to sort it for me and I have been very impressed.

Lovely shop with lovely clothes and helpful staff. Got a lovely pink hoodie from here. £65 so not cheap but you can tell it's high quality.
What more can I say? It's a Levi's shop, plenty of jeans bring sold by friendly staff. Rarely will I look elsewhere for jeans.
Great selection I saw some bits in this store that I haven't see in others or in Miami stores. Got a lovely jacket they had a great sale on too. Staff are friendly and super helpful
Nice store but did feel "jumped on" by the staff as soon as we walked through the door. If the staff would have given us some space when we said we were OK then it would be 5 stars ✨

The service cannot be matched. I must have tried on more than 10 pairs of jeans and nothing was too much.
What great service. Maybe picked a quiet time but still great service, good advice and loads of choice/sizes for the fussy customer.
