Oct 2023 update: The wireless network (both McDonald’s free WiFi and the O2 one) finally works smoothly. Well done, technicians! The kiosk still does not support Rewards login occasionally. Strange. ——————————————— The original comment: I do not know which part of this McDonald’s has been improved after refurbishment. The seating has been rearranged, which is fine but unnecessary. Poor signal as usual. Worse free Wi-Fi than before, 2+ star to 0, no internet/data transfer most of my visits (roughly 6 times per week). The kiosk cannot log in with QR code for certain times and it seems no fix is planned. Food is good, McDonald’s standard, except the fries were toooo soft, hot but not fresh. Do you want to become KFC-style fries??? The altitude of the manager was poor (sorry but I told the truth.). I recommend a second-time training and further assessment.

Overall a very good McDonalds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good, the drinks were quite watery but that’s just down to the ratios being off on the machines. One of the staff members was very helpful in rectifying the problem with the drink. The restaurant was very clean. It’s a good place to stop for lunch :).

Was passing through MK after a trip out, we thought we'd try this McDonald's as read it had been refurbished a few months back. Was pleasant inside, food came quite quickly after ordering on app, was a quiet atmosphere for 8pm on a Friday evening, compared to our local McDonald's which is full of teenagers and anti social behaviour! Would use this mk McDonald's when we're in mk again.

Best McDonalds for cleaning toilet and location. I am taxi driver and I seen many mcdonalds but this is amaizing for cleaning and service. I just buy 2 Crispy wraps and fries and was the best wraps. I do not understand way is so low rating. The toilet is the big that I seen and clean. 1000*

Massive props to the team tonight (25th June). They got descended on by hordes of us from a gig at The National Bowl tonight. I had a quick chat with the assistant manager (I didn't catch her name) and they had been having a hell of a time... verbal abuse.. SPAT at! Absolutely horrid behaviour. With only 8 of them on shift, they were doing the best they can and I wish people were more kind! Anyway, nice cheeseburger and mozzarella balls for the long journey home
