Mcdonald's

I ate inside the restaurant, parked directly outside with no problems (around 17:30 to 18:00 hrs). The interior is typical of the brand, clean, with various sized tables and seating. There are more self-service screens/tills than staff-operated tills (in fact, only one staff-operated till was available). All the self-service screens/tills seemed to be in working order, and they produced paper receipts with order details/numbers. However, there was no real defined waiting area. Everyone was hanging around the food counter area, occasionally moving aside to let staff rush through with table/drive-through orders. The wait for both my orders was lengthy and didn't seem in line with what I normally experience at this restaurant brand. One thing I wasn't keen on was the online delivery drivers placing their food order carry bags onto the same counter where you collect your food. The problem here is that the cleanliness of these bags wasn't fantastic; they looked filthy. This issue could possibly be improved by defining a separate collection area/section for this process.

Fast service, good atmosphere. Tables and floors clean. Music at a good level, not too loud. There's a number of outdoor seating, approx. 10 tables with seats. Toilets unused. This drive-through has parking, and there's more parking available at MK1 shopping as well as nearby Asda. A short walk to bus stops for 6 and F77 buses, and a longer walk for number 5 bus. Drive-through next to Stadium MK.

Lovely, especially now they have had a refit. We go in most mornings for a coffee, which is always hot and sometimes have lunch. Staff are extremely nice, especially Mina, Jane and even the Greek man who cleans outside, always have a minute to pass the day with, when it's quiet. Lovely clean place too
