I love eating here. Tye foid is amazing. Its a good lovely setting, with beautifully carved wooden tables and chairs. Plants hanging on the windows. Highly recommended 👌

Didn’t book and they were able to accommodate 5 of us on a Saturday and said need table back by 7pm which was fine, had 2 children with us and the food was not rushed and they continually checked to see we were ok and needed anything else also catered for one member of the group that was vegan. Also during our time there the place was getting busier and still had great service.

Best Thai food in MK, hands down! I’ve been to Thai Modern many times over the past few years and the food has been consistently good.
Tried the Bangkok set menu and they also graciously let us swap a dish within the set menu as per our liking. Food was served quickly, tasted fresh and every dish was fantastic. The Pad Thai in particular was divine and probably the best I have had in a long time.

Brilliantly authentic Thai restaurant in the centre of Milton Keynes.
Thai Modern is a restaurant that we go to time and time again and have never been disappointed. The food is always fantastic - and extremely reasonably priced for the quality.
The staff are always very polite and really go out of there way to ensure you have a pleasant experience there.
The decor is amazing - every table and chair has been hand carved and really feel special to sit at. The toilets are accessible and regularly cleaned.
This time we went with friends and had a selections on the Banquets - the ‘Bangkok’ and the ‘Chilli’. The minimum order for each Banquet is 2 so this worked out well for a group of 4 and was a very good amount of food with a great selection of dishes.
Everything tasted amazing - we’ve been lucky enough to travel round Thailand multiple times and this really takes up back to those memories.
We thoroughly recommend trying Thai Modern.

We enjoyed our dinner at Thai Modern Restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The food tasted good too and it was all very filling.

Fantastically authentic!! Really enjoyed the service from the beginning to the end. The food is delicious here and I can definitely recommend the Banquet options, as you get a brilliant selection of dishes to try for a great price.
The surroundings are gorgeous and superbly thought out from the table settings to the decor. Overall very impressed with this venue.
