Love coming here for a cappuccino and a delicious almond croissant on a Saturday morning. The girls behind the counter are lovely; I'm not exactly rushing out the door to jump on a train and so wouldn't expect them to be working at breakneck speed ;)

Service was great from the girls on the tills downstairs the one that made my cappuccino 🔥 was the best caramel cappuccino I had. The went upstairs and was served by Bogi great service looked after myself n kids well 🙏🏾👊🏾. We definitely be back here again 💯🖤

I was initially a bit sceptical about spending any money or time based on the reviews I have read, i suggest you judge for yourselves.
When we entered I was greeted by helpful staff and was served by Victoria (Manageress) who was friendly and helpful, whilst another member of staff was cleaning the ligh fittings 🤔 was this a set up... no just a new manageress try to make a difference.
I have no affiliations with the establishment, our experience was a pleasant one contrary to the reviews.
The toilets are unisex but if you prefer there are free facilities just outside.

Nice introduction to the lake to relax. Pizza's did look good so will hopefully try one next time.

Good menu, kids options and us adults to. Sat on upper level overlooking the lake and was lovely in the August sun. Staff OK, it was very busy as a Sunday, sunny and everything going on. Food was good, quality and hot.

Fantastic food stop overlooking Willen Lake. Staff were reasonably helpful, place was clean and good well stocked. It is slightly marked up in price but everything is at Willen now!

I’ve just had the full English breakfast here. Despite it being busy it came really quickly and was delicious. Nice friendly service too, and the online ordering worked well. Recommended!
