One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had. Stopped by while on a short break in the area. Really tasty food, with a definite spice kick. Would be dangerous if this was local to me! How its not 5/5 I don't know. Only downside is that its cash only. Will be coming back! Thank you for a lovely meal, China Garden.
Despite a poor start with a missing item from our order, the food and resolve of the order error was amazing, fantastic food, probably the best I’ve had away from home.
Plenty of choices, big portions and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. You have to remember it's cash only tho.
One of the best Chinese meals we’ve had in ages both in taste and portions. Well worth the hour wait after the phone order was placed on a very busy Saturday night. Superb taste, well priced, BIG portions and kind service. Recommended if you’re visiting Minehead as we were. Definitely going back again.
Really yummy, fresh food. Generous portions and friendly staff. The food definitely could be a bit more spicy but I'm assuming they tone it down for locals. Singapore fried rice, satay chicken skewers and the ribs are delicious.

Only down was according to the wife the curry could have had more flavour..trust a woman to moan lol.

Popped in here for a last night treat during our stay in minehead. One thing to be aware of is that they take cash only, so be prepared before you go.
Staff were very welcoming, took order quickly, reading back for confirmation and realistic prep time given on order.
You can see they guys in the back taking the order and starting to cook everything fresh. Order completed on time and after a short drive and a few minutes walk back, all the food was still hot. All of the food was amazing and very generous portions.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
I phoned to place our order. The lady was answered the phone was lovely, so friendly. We collected the food. Beef curry with Rice for me and my partner.
The meal was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The Onions in the curry sauce were crunchy, the Beef so tender and fluffy white Rice to finish it off.
10/10 All round. You won't be disappointed.
