Did not have high hopes based on the ratings. The food was actually ok, with steak cooked to the requested level and tasty curry and Mac n cheese. However the wait (45 mins from ordering) was too long. The staff we spoke to were working hard but something is not quite working in the speed department.
As we were on the dine around plan we have been here every day for breakfast and had carvery here once. Food has been good each time, buffet breakfast is a little hard to negotiate and lacking for selection in some places. Does not quite …
This was meant to be the chicken tikka masala feast but got told most stuff wasn't available and no refund offered food was cold and definitely made in a microwave, I have sent and email and complained to the resort which they said they will investigate but mo th later still no response. Definitely avoid at all cost
If you every come to butlins this is a good pub and place to eat, food staff and service excellent and the staff will always help you if you need it or have a problem with you're service recommended 5 star review

Went today with family for the carvery. Richard the server was great,helpful friendly and entertaining the kids with his magic tricks.
