Visited today with my three month old son, and absolutely over the moon I’ve found this safe haven for parents! The staff here as so lovely, they weighed my little boy for me, chatted to me, helped me get my little boy ready. What a brilliant place, and the coffee is fantastic! You do have to press the door bell on the outside, and a member of staff will come down and help you up the steps with your pram if you need help. Fantastic place, I’ll 100% be back in the future 😍💕🥰

Fabulous baby cafe - I cannot praise this venue and staff enough. I held a private party here for my daughter's 1st birthday and it was fantastic. The food was great, there was entertainment for the older children, safe play areas for babies and toddlers and a fun time was had by all. Emily who I dealt with has been amazing and the team ensured we have great memories of this special occasion to last a lifetime. Thank you!

I have to say I had a wonderful first experience here today with my mum and one year old. It's a fab set up which means I actually was able to sit and have a coffee while my little one played next to me! There is lots for them to explore and the different rooms make it even more enjoyable and convenient! My mum has mobility issues and they helped my mum when needed and were very hands on and friendly with the children always making sure everyone was happy and relaxed. The food was fantastic and I love the kids menu options too. We had the pleasure of meeting Lucy and Emily today who were both absolutely phenomenal! They were both so caring friendly and helpful! One of which went out of their way to help me get a gift of coffee beans from them in time for father's Day and the other who helped my mum with Charlotte while I was at the bathroom making it really enjoyable for her nana too! I will definitely be back again and will be recommending to my mum friends that we make the longer journey to try there out instead of one of our usuals!

I visited Babyccinos today... a friend told me about it afew months ago, and today i happened to drive past and thought to check it out... I am so glad I did, the staff are so friendly especially Emily, she was so welcoming, she accommodated for my dietary needs and was so kind. Thankyou Emily. The cafe itself is lovely for little ones, i was able to change my baby and feed her with ease. Beautiful place definitely will be coming again! Thankyou

On first impression I thought how inappropriate it was for a flight of 3 very steep steps to get up into a baby cafe. They have a bell for assistance which I thought was good. On entering the cafe it was immediate chaos we were stood in the doorway with two prams and barely any room to move whilst the girl working there was looking for our booking. Then they tried to seat us on a very cramped table with one chair and one high chair when we had pre booked 2 adults (2 chairs) and specifically stated we needed two high chairs. I asked if we could move to another table which after having to check, they said we could. We then had to move the high chairs ourselves as well as juggling two babies as we’d had to park our prams along a very tight wall space away from where we were seated. There was food all over the floor under our table. Another woman, I assumed was the owner or manager, was running around with a baby on her back trying to serve ppl. It was all mayhem & not at all relaxing as advertised. The food took absolutely ages to arrive & to say there was only us, two other tables and plenty of staff at the time, I have no idea why. The worst part was upon leaving, my friend was helping me out the door and as I was backing down the stairs with the front of the pram, the woman that had been all over the place with her baby on her back came over to the door and slammed the disabled exit button abruptly telling my friend ‘why don’t you press this so you’re not struggling’. Taking my friend by surprise when we were managing just fine, she let go of the pram to listen to the woman and my baby in his push chair then fell down 3 steps on to the concrete path outside. WHY on earth you would distract someone with a baby at the top of a very steep staircase I have no idea but she didn’t even apologise for interfering and actually found it funny saying ‘oh he’s okay I best go back to my little one’ leaving me shaking holding my baby and going back to hers whilst she’s supposed to be at work! I left so bewildered by what had just happened. The one star is for the price of the food, otherwise the whole experience got worse throughout the visit. Would not recommend for mums with young babies, especially for the slackness & chaos involved of supposedly running a child friendly environment. Very disappointed, very unsafe entry & exit

I can not recommend this place highly enough. It truly is “a sanctuary for parents” with babies and small children. It’s more than a place to eat and for kids to play. It’s become a community. The owner is keen to support local businesses and also works with many parents with businesses (eg the cake supplier). I can so highly recommend the brownies!! If you have a baby or small child and want to go somewhere where the kids are safe, have fun and you, as a grown up, don’t have to compromise on food and drink - this place does proper coffees and proper food (not like most kiddy places). The staff are all super friendly and it’s just a great place to be as a parent. Also a great place to visit with non-parent friends. I think it’s a great balance between kids and grown-ups both enjoying their time whilst here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Note: there are a few steps up into the place which are part of the building. If you have a pram or struggle with steps, ring the door bell and a member of staff will come out to help you up the stairs (and out again when you leave) 👍🏻 They’ve thought of everything!
