Kentiss does the best fried chicken and fried chicken wings I have ever tasted, and of course, their chips are just as tasty! I've been going there for a number of years and for me, it's heaven on a plate.
It is always buzzing with locals getting their takeaway, and from that alone it is clear that Kentiss is a hidden gem. The service is good and the staff always make an effort to give great customer service.
Inside, it is rather small and plain, and it looks like your average chicken shop - but don't be fooled, this place does seriously good food! They have a great selection of deals and it is all very affordable, perfect if you want a tasty bite to eat.
If you love fried chicken and haven't tried Kentiss yet, then you are missing out. The chicken wings are finger-licking good, as is everything else!

Big Shout-out for #Kentiss
Been a regular for a very long time and wanna say kentiss used to have the best spicy fried wings in mitcham. "Used to" because I've noticed that the wings I've purchased the last 3 times have not been spicy/ haven't got that spicy taste it used to. Since its been the same for the last 3 purchases, it seems its something they are planning to do permanently which I think is a very bad decision hence leaving a 4 star review. Hope this is seen and we get the original spicy wings taste back.
Food is great and so much better after the refurbishment. Good quality food, prices are reasonable and great value for money. Owner provided great service and genuinely cares about the customers. Would highly recommend if you're a fan of 🐔🍗
Their Peri-Peri grill chicken is one tasty 😋 Delicacy. Their chips/fries too is not that tiny tiny type - but nicely cut medium fries/chip.

Cheap and cheerful with friendly staff. Chicken and chips surprisingly nice and BBQ wings were excellent. I cannot comment on the delivery service as I went in person and my order was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
All in all a cheaper alternative to the KFC across the road and in my view the food was better.
