Brilliant communication and service. I’ve just received my beautiful recliner chair and I wanted to come on here to recommend this fantastic company to everyone, wherever you are in the UK! Zeta was amazing from my first email to delivery this morning. As I live in Kent I couldn’t see the chair in the flesh so she sent me a video of Rob demonstrating how to use the chair. This is what I call 5* customer service. She arranged the delivery very quickly and informed me at every stage. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Zeta & Rob.

My wife and I wanted modular/unit lounge seating, which is surprisingly rare in the UK. After Googling, we discovered the Spanish company Fama produced what we wanted. Further research indicate Julia Jones Ltd were the leading Fama specialist in the UK so we contacted them. From our first contact Zeta was quick to respond, extremely helpful and had excellent knowledge of the product, after many emails and phone conversations we placed our order. The furniture was delivered within the time frame quoted. Unfortunately, we soon realised we had made the wrong choice of unit, totally of our own making and absolutely no reflection on Zeta and Julia Jones Ltd. We contacted Zeta and she was keen to resolve the issue to our full satisfaction. To cut a long story short both Zeta and Fama went well beyond what we could have reasonably expected of them in resolving the issue. Zeta provided a level of customer service that was exceptional. The issue has now been resolved and we are enjoying our Fama modular seating which is very comfortable, and we have no hesitation in recommending Julia Jones. Many thanks 😊😊

Absolutely incredible customer service by Zeta Jones who personally communicates on all orders. She was always so fast to respond (less than an hour) and even managed to fast-track our beautiful Fama Kangou rocking chair to complete our nursery in time for our baby’s imminent arrival. The quality is exceptional and it is so comfortable to sit in. Thank you also to the factory for speeding it through ahead of August shut-down. We really appreciate it. Couldn’t recommend Julia Jones more highly. Brilliant British company.

Excellent service. Zeta is very good at helping customers choose furniture and lighting, she will happily go through all the options and explain the pros and cons of different tables etc. She helped us choose a fabric for our chairs and gave us various samples to bring home. We have bought bar lights, a dining room light, stools, an extending indoor dining table and chairs from Julia Jones. I hope to return to buy a Fama armchair or two in the near future.

Absolutely delighted with my new Fama Moon recliner chair.I love the nona fabric i chose which makes it a real feature in my lounge.I can't express how great the service has been from the staff at Julia Jones in particular Zeta who I have exchanged numerous e mails asking for matching fabrics, sizes etc etc.I was cautious with my small entrance and Zeta had me send videos and pictures for her to assess and she assured me it would fit. Nothing was too much trouble.Your delivery drivers unboxed and assembled and positioned my chair taking away the packaging.The whole process has been delightful.I thoroughly recommend Julia Jones and hope to use you again soon Sue Northampton

Wonderful customer service from Zeta at Julia Jones, buying process online was so easy, started with a video call from Zeta who ran through all options and promptly posted out samples. Furniture was delivered ahead of schedule, and we couldn’t be happier with quality, all in all a first class service from a first class furniture supplier, we will certainly be returning in the future… thank you team Julia Jones.

Zeta worked tirelessly to help choose a sofa and seating set, making swatch recommendations, sending photos and emails to select the perfect choice. She also solved problems with delivery and installation which were out of their control to a satisfactory conclusion. Very responsive, reliable and trustworthy. All the more impressive as we ordered online without having seen the products beyond on screen. Top class customer service.

Bought the extending table in anthracite grey because it was in stock; although it was a bit more expensive than another website, it was worth paying for the service and prompt delivery. The table arrived the next day! I was able to talk through the aluminium vs resin table top options and was delighted with the final choice. It was very easy to assemble too. Look forward to using it all summer.
