Have been here a few times now, a special birthday which was a private hire event and went really well. Bar time to start followed by a time for good and lovely food with a feel of the place views and history. Also can only compliment the overly people running the orchard tea rooms (volunteers I'm told) Has great coffee and cakes and is comfortable and nice feel about the place. Reasonable prices too.

Why haven’t I been to this park earlier?! What a hidden gem, and would definitely recommend the tea room. The gardens are kept immaculate, just beautiful to view. It was so peaceful to go during a weekday, and will definitely be walking my dog and taking my daughter there again.

Only visited the grounds rather than hotel but lovely grounds. Perfect for kids to run around, nice play area and good cafe too. Will be making it a regular spot to visit.

Can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay there. We were just visiting for the day. Called at the tea room after a walk around the woods and grounds. Excellent service and a good menu very reasonably priced. The food was fresh and well presented. We opted for the savoury cheese scone.

On arrival we were welcomed by a lovely lady who showed us to our room in this fabulous old manor house offering us country side views. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are convenient shops nearby and many pubs serving food within a few miles. The Five Bells in Henlow comes highly recommended. The grounds are beautiful and surrounding areas outstanding. We were so happy to find this rare gem. We will be back on our next visit to Bedfordshire for sure.

Lovely historic building with amazing rooms, the history breathes out of the walls but with some modern amenities. Every room has an amazing view and the building is a great venue to host a meeting. Amazing cafe for afternoon tea and a little park for the kids.

Great location 100 acres of land and house is very nice. Sam the manager is great as are all the staff I met. Very welcoming to dod too which is very important to me as my dog travels with me everywhere. The shower in my room had poor water pressure which was a shame otherwise I would have rated 5 stars but other than this I could not fault the place at all. The breakfast was good and the pub is only 3 minutes by car which was nice too and recommended by Sam the manager
