One member of the staff that day was a ray of bustling sunshine. The fries were terribly done, but the chicken I ordered was seasoned in the best way possible that McDonald's could season their chicken.

I was going to OK diner but it was full, so I went here instead, consistent menu with seasonal specials. Staff very helpful

Food was okay, fries were only just warm, wrap was hot and tasty but the service was very slow.

Food was nice and hot, was waiting for a good while for the food though, I actually thought they had forgotten about us they was that long giving us the food, we only ordered 2 cheeseburges and 2 cokes!

Stopped for a bite to eat, very busy bank holiday weekend, however a very organised maccys. Food preparation speedy, food hot, customer service amazing. Special mention to Steve, who was chatty to everyone welcoming customers at the door. Great McDonald's. Well done to all the staff in front of house and preparing the food. Excellent service.

Consistently, each and every time we have been to North Wales, we have called at this McDonald's, and it would be true to say that they have never once been below par. The food is always hot and fresh. You know what you should be paying and what you should be getting to eat at any McDonald's, and this one hits the mark every time. Well done, guys.

I go every other Friday morning around 0430 for chicken selects meal on way to Caernarfon.

Friendly, rapid service. Parking is a bit tight but other than that it is spot on. Good place to grab a bit before hitting the mountains.

Disabled toilet door was broken, and I couldn't use it. Was informed it had been broken for over a week and they didn't know when it was going to be fixed. It was 3 weeks ago I went, so hope it's fixed by now. Other than that A+
