Casa Burrito

I eat here at least 5 times a week because it’s so good. I’m from California and also Mexican, I haven’t found any more authentic Mexican food from anywhere else in Oregon besides casa burrito. If you need a sign to eat here, this is your sign! Ask for the habanero sauce and you won’t be disappointed

I went through the drive thru which was an absolute joke. Waited 12 minutes for someone to appear then waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Young woman handed me my order I check my order and it was wrong. I waited and knocked on the drive thru window NOBODY ever appeared. ...weird !!! Why do you have your drive thru open if you are cooking outside in front of the restaurant. I had to drive around to the front of the restaurant for someone to help me. I went in and nobody was in side. I finally saw the the young woman who took my order and told her my order was wrong. She took my food NEVER Apologize, but that was not the worst of it, the young woman had an an ATTITUDE ! When the cook handed me my order she apologized. The other young woman taking orders needs to be trained in courtesy. RUDE and needs to stop having an ATTITUDE with customers when it was her mistake.

We visited with my son and his friends from the motorcycle group. This place treats the motorcycle group really nicely and they love it. The restaurant has become a "gotta stop" due to the combination GREAT food and GREAT service. I had a Lingua Burrito and it was perfection. Can't wait to go back.
