usually the food is great but went the other night for my tea I ordered burger and chips and it wasn't that good because they had to take my burger into the back k and when I got home with it the bottom off the bun was swamped in vinegar I couldn't take it back because I live in carnforth I was very disappointed

Food is always served and delivered with care by Friendly staff.
The majority of the time food is delivered quickly and Hot.
Although There has been the odd occasion where it's been lukewarm. But it's understandable during busy hours.

They accidentally put mayonnaise on a kebab I ordered which my girlfriend can’t have. When I rang to tell them they were so apologetic and had a fresh kebab sent out to me within 10/15 minutes. The food is always fantastic from here. And the customer service was 10/10.
