Lovely crispy chips, generous piece of cod, travelled the 5 miles back to where we are staying with no loss of crispness. The price was very reasonable too. They went down a storm after our walk along the coastal path and beaches today 10/10.
Love this place! Each year on holiday we look forward to calling in and each time we've not been disappointed. Lovely staff and very tasty food. We always drive around the corner to the National Trust car park and sit eating our fish and chips with a sea view, which is just stunning- what more could you possibly want? 😋
The food was nice, your average commercial freezer burger and bun perfectly edible. The fish was ok the chips good too. My only complaint was there was no flavour from vinegar.

lovely fish and chips, and a sausage dinner £12 but a little shocked when asked for a fork to eat with, 10p each! 2 forks 20p! we just spend £12.
Imagine going into a restaurant ordering food to be told if you wan the knife and forks their extra lol, so take your own,,,, just saying
Staff happy to make gluten free fish and chips. Separate fryer used. Both GF and non GF fish and chips were delicious. Highly recommended.
We were staying on the nearby campsite and myself and Miss Dimelow were sent here to fetch some chips with various accompaniments. It was v busy in here but the service was brisk and effecient. The portions were a little on the small side and the chips slightly dry, luckily enough I had curry sauce to tip on them. I would certainly come again but might also consider other options.

We live in Whaley bridge Derbyshire......well worth travelling all that way......fortunately we have a caravan nearby !!! Best fish n chips ever
