Sambuca

Been a couple of times. The early bird menu is excellent value for money. The portions were generous and all five members of the party thoroughly enjoyed their choice. It was one of the party's birthday and the restaurant gave us all a free drink and said they would have provided a cake if they had known. The bottle of wine we chose, a merlot, was very good and at a great price. The service was excellent. We would all recommend and certainly will be going again sometime in the future.

Lovely evening at Sambuca. We pre-booked our table and it was busy so glad we did. Good atmosphere, just enough background noise so could still enjoy a conversation. Service was great, we were greeted and seated quickly. They were attentive and polite and gave us a freebie limoncello at the end of the meal which was appreciated. The food was all reasonably priced and there was a good selection on the main menu and specials. We had a calzone, which was enormous and worth every penny, delicious and we had a spinach tortellini which was lovely as well. Would recommend and will be back.

Sambuca is a place where you can eat very well, I am surprised how delicious the food is. Inside it is very clean, nice and cozy. The music is not too loud, so you can talk easily, the radio is perfectly matched to the venue! The prices are adequate to the dishes, the dishes are presented beautifully and are very filling, you can eat a lot just from the starter. The people who work here are very nice, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Cosy little Italian restaurant tucked off the side the main pedestrian precinct. Usually a sandwich board to let you know its there and advertising the early bird two course offer. Not a great deal of vegetarian options, but they are delicious and the portions are generous. Inside was very tidy and clean and the staff were polite and professional.

Sambucca is a lovely little Iatalian resteraunt tucked away down a side street of the busy market town of Morley, which is a few miles from Leeds City centre. At first it seems rather small and cozy inside, although there is double the seating upstairs. The service is really good and waiters were on point and didn't keep us waiting despite it being very busy. On the whole the food was very good, no complaints from my guest who enjoyed her starter of chicken liver pate and main of chicken. We both ordered from the early bird menu (up to 7pm) which was 2 courses for £17. My only slight complaint was the seafood risotto wasn't cooked to my liking, which is light and fluffy. It was quite heavy and stodgy. I would definitely visit again but perhaps choose something else on the menu.

Undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants around. I've lived local to Morley for years but have never visited Sambuca until yesterday. To start off the customer service is great, you're greeted with a friendly smile and shown to your table, throughout the staff are attentive and polite. As for the food, the ingredients are so fresh and nothing is overly salty which makes a really nice change for an Italian. I started with the creamed garlic mushrooms, I then had the special linguine and had a cheese topped garlic bread pizza on the side. Every part of the meal was just so tasty and fresh. Also the prices were so fair! To finish off you're not rushed out and can pay in your own time again sorted out by friendly, smiling staff. 10/10! I look forward to returning and thank you for such a lovely meal.
