To the managers, please be aware of how important it is to ensure a person's food has not come into contact with another customer's hands. Your motto is that food is served fresh. If another customer touches the food, you ask for the food to be replaced, the manager pretends to replace it and hand you the same food, that is not fresh. You could be potentially spreading a virus. Before you hand someone an order, simply check with the customer if what you are handing them is their order. I very much appreciate the employee who said he would happily swap our order and proceeded to. I do not appreciate the manager snatching the new food and throwing it back. Yes manager, I am aware you gave me the same food. Cold burgers and chips with same crinkled bag. Please think about it from a customer's perspective. Would you hand your family something another customer has handled? Probably not, and if you would, you should think about that.

As a person who has been trying to slim down, I don’t eat KFC very often.occasionally I treat myself to some original recipe chicken. The last time it was old and cold so I said I’d never return. Tonight the urge came over me again and I thought maybe the last time I was just unlucky, but no this time I was just as disappointed.old chips and only half the chicken I ordered. Third time lucky, I don’t think so.

Quick service on Drive through. When arrived home and opened the box, I was surprised to see the quantity and quality of the meal. For comparison in size, on photo there is mash&gravy little container. The "tenders" were so overdone and dry, I had to use a knife to cut it. There is nothing to add to it. Appalling...

My husband and I decided a night off from cooking and chose to have some spicy chicken wings. Well that was a mistake, he didn’t check before leaving what was in the bag. Apart from being overcharged, which he was going to sort out after tea. All I can say is bl@@dy awful meal, chips were revolting cold stale. In the two boxes it turned out to be a whole chicken cut up with a few wings. It was all soggy and cold again revolting. So he took it back to them and gave him a credit refund for overcharging him for the wrong food. Fair enough you’d think! Well he came home with chicken wings this time , and guess what it had been sitting in a warmer that didn’t seem to be working. It was again soggy and just warm, so not the nice meal we would usually go for but we decided on a change which turns out to be a huge mistake. The meal was horrible Luke warm and quite frankly tasteless. So we won’t be going down that road again. How can they responsibly dish up food that bad and charge for it beggars belief. I don’t even want to give it 1 star Staff were not the least bit attentive or interested when serving my husband and my only wish was that I had been there. Whoever the manager is they should lose their job Disgusting all around service and food

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered delivery online. No alert for when the food had arrived and driver didn't ring the doorbell either. Food had been left partially in the rain and not undercover even though there was ample room to do so. Open the bag to the rude surprise of our meals being missing and all we had were 2 basic chicken burgers by themselves. Name on the bag looked wrong as well and there was no receipt or order number with the delivery. Called to get our actual order and they were unable to find it and could only offer a refund. Avoid at all cost.

Not so exciting to visit. Drive-through was a little slow, but chicken isn't really fast food, so tolerable. But getting the wrong order was not so tolerable. Ordered chicken burger classic, and got some chicken patty with cheese. They seem to make a regular habit of wrong orders at KFC generally, not just here., But is an annoying trend.
