Micahs Tearooms

My fiancé and I visited the tea room after me having talked to him about it for years. It is as always an incredibly visit. The tearoom itself is super cute and vintage looking and very cosy. The food is amazing and they’ve actually increased the options available since I was last in but everything was fresh and tasty. I ordered a hot chocolate with a fruit scone with jam and cream and they were unreal! My fiancée ordered a tuna jacket potato and for dessert/drink a banana milkshake and he was blown away. He said the food was delicious and despite not normally being a big fan of the side salads that come with jacket potatoes that theirs was the freshest he’s ever had, he wishes ever salad he would eat would be like that. The staff are the loveliest people who make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Always happy to see you and making jokes. I’m so glad I was finally able to show my fiancé how wonderful this place truly is, if you’re visiting Morpeth make sure you find time to pop in, you’ll love it!
