Monday 29th, order food Was given the wrong sandwich (this happens) no issue they swapped it over for me. Which was fab!
Today I went in to order my regular Carmel frappe, and as a apology for Monday they gave the frappe for free :)
Staff are always polite and friendly.
Food and drinks amazing as per.

The shop was clean and tidy, they cleared empty cups quickly. They carried my coffee to the table. The toilet was clean. No problems.

Its a nice and cozy place. Its so comfortable that the customers were so relaxed and very chatty. My opinion though. For me it was like a home away from home

Enjoyed a midmorning coffee here sat in high back chairs watching the shoppers on a busy Saturday morning. The staff here were pleasant and friendly, and the service was fast. The only reason for only 4 stars given was that while the table had been cleared and wiped clean, one of the chairs was covered in crumbs and was easily noticable as they were quiet large and I had to clean them off myself.

I was served by a lovely American lady during my visit here. She was chatty, friendly and had a permanent smile on her face. Staff like this really contribute to overall quality of a visit.
