Only went in for a quick coffee after a walk, but the menu looked so good we decided to have a few bits, so glad we did! Really nice home cooked food!
Just had a lovely family meal, they accommodated the changes for an allergy/fussy eater with no issues. The food was delicious, I had the chicken burger which was moist and probably the nicest burger I’ve had in a long time. The service was outstanding, nothing to was too much work and very friendly
We visited Roaches Lock as part of our team building day at Reuben's Retreat. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Food was delicious and portions were huge!! Lovely pub with a great atmosphere and amazing staff which made our team day even more magical xx
Amazing Sunday lunch as always fresh veg cooked to perfection and real roasted potatoes. Staff are so welcoming too. Xx
Been there before after long walk at the nearby reservoir. Lovely relaxing views of the canal if outside or under the, new for us, "conservatory".
Service is very good, very dedicated waitresses.. Nice cold beers and coca colas. What was really bad was the amount of time we had to wait for the food
This is a gem of a pub. Busy on Sunday afternoon, but food service was pretty quick. Food was excellent and portions big. Staff were all pleasant and friendly. Very definitely one to go to again. Next time I'll book!
Visited Roaches Lock today a party of 10 ..A lovely warm welcome and the perfect Sunday vibes!.. Was clear to see they was struggling with getting a good up front team. Will try again simply because I could see the management were trying.. the vibes and decor were perfect and the food was spot on! S
Just had tea at this establishment, I am very pleased. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. The staff are attentive and very friendly, the food was delicious and very good value. The pub itself doesn't look the best from outside but the interior is gorgeous. Overall rating 10/10.
Cute lil pub nice inside because kept more traditional and they added modern. Outside area really cute for a drink by canal.
