Our new favourite pub. We're not big drinkers and don't normally go to pubs on a regular basis but would go on occasion on baby free nights. We saw an ad for this place by chance on facebook for the quiz on sundays hosted by Elliott. It's a great electronic quiz and you get supper from Sunday's leftovers included in the price of the quiz which is £1. It's on Sundays from 7.30pm and usually finished by 9.30. The past few weeks we've have the leftover Ham from the roast dinner on sandwiches and Chilli con Carne with Rice. Drinks are also reasonably priced and the main menu food is delicious too, but make aure to order before the kitchen closes at 6.45 if you need to eat before the quiz starts.

Great local pub with outside seating, very friendly and welcoming vibe. They've got Lemon, Orange and Peach flavoured Gordon's Gin, which I love!❤️
Lovely, informal little pub by Mossley train station. Not tried the food, but does a cracking quiz 👌🏻
Good value for money food, a decent selection of real ales if that is what you like (a taster offered to my partner so it was easier to choose).
Always a friendly welcome from the landlady and bar staff alike.
Great quiz on a Sunday night with free sandwiches and beer tokens as prizes.

Watched United on TV in Champions league game. Covid restrictions adhered and table service very efficient. Clean and welcoming atmosphere with a well conditioned pint of Breakspear bitter. Most enjoyable evening.
If you're looking for somewhere to go for a Sunday dinner the Brit is the place to go. 3rd week we've been and it's been lovely every time 🙂
Great Beer! Amazing Landlady and friendly staff. Pool and Darts plus all the football and nice food....what's not to love!
The real ale can be hit and miss but the people are friendly enough and they do fair pub grub with big portions. I guess it's a good enough pub if you drink lager and want want to watch football.
Decent food, nice atmosphere, football on the screens, pool table, dart board, classic and touch screen slot machines. Janet is lovely and the pub is relaxed.
