Food was absolutely delicious. We chose the carvery option and I was so glad we did because it was the most enjoyable meal I have had from a restaurant in quite a while.

This was the best Toby carvery I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many over the years. The food was hot, tasty and the meat carver was surprisingly generous! The gravy was top tier, so rich and beefy. Staff member Jamie was extremely helpful, cheery and a credit to the restaurant. Will definitely be back
Our server Michelle was fantastic, so kind and attentive. It was super busy but none of the staff seemed rattled.
The food was absolutely delicious, the kids even raved about every bite (they are a tough crowd).
Lastly the value for the quality and quantity of food was amazing!

We stayed here 1 night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were made to feel very welcome.

Extremely busy night, and we queued for dinner for 40 minutes because of the unusual amount of visitors. Every staff member on the floor, carving kitchen and bar staff pulled together.
Sometimes waiting isn’t a problem when it’s clear to see how hard everyone is working.

Carvery was lovely but felt as though staff were under pressure. The chef was out clearing tables, the barman was delivering food to table which then caused long q at bar, manageress was making things worse rather than better with her orders she was making.
Excellent breakfast (all you can eat) though I wasn’t too hungry, just wanted to review as usual.

This place is amazing and what’s more the service was 10/10 - we were warmly greeted and attended to by a really lovely gentleman named Will (he definitely deserves a pay rise 😉). He ensured that all of our needs were met, especially my kids who are very fussy! He went above and beyond for my family
Had the pleasure of being served by Donna who I believe was the duty manager. Her professional manner and customer service are second to none. All staff were super polite and helpful to all guests and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
Its an extremely busy evening but our waiter Will is absolute super star. Hes so lovley and the service was absolutely amazing. He took our order swiftly, answered all of our questions. Drinks arrived quickly too. We are all ready planning our next visit.
No complaints, Tobys always does exactly what you’re hoping for if you’re looking for an all you can eat roast. The real highlight of the visit was Will though! Has served us twice now and is always absolutely lovely. He’s a credit to the place, thank you Will :)
We stopped in here on the way back from Fort William for breakfast. The staff were really pleasant and welcoming and the food and drinks were easily accessible. The food was hot and replenished frequently. Would definitely recommend.
Me and my family always love coming to the Carvery as there is such friendly service and a warm atmosphere. The man seating people was very polite and hospitable and our server, I think her name was Beth, was attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The chefs are constantly out checking to make
The atmosphere of the restaurant was so cosy - felt like I was in a lovely warm country pub! The food was lovely and hot, our waitress was Karalyn and she was so friendly and lovely and the chef carving the meat was too. Never been to a nicer Toby Carvery
Amazing food and great atmosphere. Our server Beth was very attentive however all the staff seemed to have great relationships with each other as they were all laughing and smiling. We will be back :)
