Visit every week and always great service . Lovely staff in today Merrin and Andrew who remembered our orders and our specific need for soya milk 😁 Both very friendly members of staff to have a good chat with. Service great as usual. Areas clean and staff cleaning well at time of visit. See you next week 😁

Great service & friendly environment as always. Started off just mum & I then hubby, kids, bro & sister in law joined us too after the football. Was enough room for us all to sit together & everyone (other than me in my wheelchair) got a comfy chair. It is fully wheelchair accessible. The disabled toilet doesn't have a changing places but is big enough for a side transfer on the left hand side & has a pull down rail on the left hand side to allow use of two rails if needed.

As a regular to this costa I've always had a good experience.
My disabled daughter and I are always treated with respect and kindness, they always bring our order over to us as I'm busy getting my daughter settled and they're always friendly! As mentioned by other reviewers, yes I've had times I've waited a seemingly long time, but I also paid attention to the fact there were clearly new staff who were learning and trying their best. I can only assume the people who get so irrate at these silly inconveniences have never worked in the service/retail industry before and if they have then where's the compassion?
Food is always good, coffee is perfect (the manager even remembers my chai latte order every time) it's clean, cosy and local to me. Can't want for much more really!

Service is amazing they were able to get all the orders done and I got my white hot chocolate with marshmallows from them and I was still able to get the free treat I got as it was birthday yesterday and I absolutely love it definitely 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10000%

Very efficient and quick service. Obviously improvised take away service from a table at the door because of lockdown restrictions. The coffee was up to the usual quality. Only issue was that there was no scanner for the Costa app.
