I was served by Francesca and I felt as if I was being such an inconvenience to her day the way she acted. All I asked for were fries and some ketchup and I would’ve thought someone on front counter would have better customer service skills

A great McDonalds and if you show your licence on your birthday the staff gather around you and sing Happy Birthday except Fransesca who refused to sing but instead danced as though her life depended on it.
