We stayed here for a couple of nights with our dog. The room was cosy, nothing fancy but the bed was comfy enough and it did the job. We had both breakdasand our evening meals here which were spot on. The dog was very happy she got her sausage and it was all extremely dog friendly!

Breakfast was the best I have ever had any where. The fresh fruit with yogurt was exactly that Very Fresh. The cooked breakfast was amazing. The room very clean and spacious.

Great locals pub.
I broke down in Much wenlock and everybody was so kind .Food was nice, some Vegan options..and good choice of ciders ..Also had a beer garden which could have done with a few nice plants in it.

Our room was clean, had everything we needed for the one night we stayed.
The staff went above and beyond for us. We had to leave at 6am and we bought the breakfast option. So, they made us a full English breakfast at 5.30am!! The breakfast was one of the best full English breakfasts we have ever had. If we're in the area again, we will definitely come back even if it's just for the food!

Pleasant, unpretentious pub. Usual pub food such as pie and chips but done perfectly. Range of traditional sponge puddings for dessert. Very good beer, the Butty Bach was great. Dog (and people!) friendly. Reasonably priced. Loved it!

Lovely location, so friendly, staff go out of their way to help have a great stay. Rooms big and bright, we stayed in Room 2, comfy bed. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. We stayed 4 nights. and enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for making us and our dog Trixie so welcome , we will be back for sure 🤗

We had a wonderful meal there today. Great service and very polite waiter who said he use to work in Salisbury Just near where we live but nice to be on holiday this week.

Stayed for a short break in the week. Nice old pub in the middle of Much Wenlock. Great staff, VERY dog friendly. The room was comfortable en suite with a TV and a kettle. The building is very old, so expect creaky and uneven floors, but this is a sign of authenticity and not a problem. Didn't notice any ghosts.
Food is good and reasonably priced, good options for breakfast. The bar is relatively small, but as big as the building allows. Friendly locals and their dogs wanting to be fussed (the dogs, not the locals)

3-night couple break. Light and airy room, comfy mattress, everywhere clean. Breakfast 10/10 - well cooked, super tasty, choice of having more/less than on menu. All staff very friendly and natural, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to everyone at the Fox :)
