Best Greggs experience I've had, Ryan was an absolute boss. Put care into our hot chocolates making them 10/10.
Also let us know how long it was going to be until the fresh sausage rolls were comming out.

We were a bit disappointed that there were no chocolates croissant available again..... apparently they have new suppliers and they should be in by mid week.
But the lady who served us was very cheerful and helpful.
You can't go wrong with a Greg's cuppa and breakfast 😋 cheap and very tasty.

I popped in around 2oclock today (18/09/21)
There was 2 younger boys working there and I just want to say the customer service was amazing. They are a credit to the store, I had to wait 5 minutes for a pasty to be cooked, I was offered a drink while I waited as it took 7/8 minutes rather than the 5 they first said which was no fault of thier own , they had to make sure it was fully cooked before serving, really good customer service , it was nice to see , not like most stores lately , I never leave reviews but I searched this just to say thank you to the lovely staff 👌

Always a lovely bacon baguette on a Friday for me from Greggs and its always perfect. Friendly staff and great shop.

Greggs is Greggs, can't be faulted, got my cappuccino & tuna baguette,now I'm all happy 😁

Greggs has now Moved location in Mumbles and for the better too.
Bigger and lighter area with the usual food drinks they have to offer.

New shop has a lot more variety but the same amazing staff. What more do you want from your local Gregg's?
