Nothing beats a good Greggs when you're hungry or want some breakfast - just make sure you get there in good time because the queues can be quite long!

Good salted caramel latte with whipped cream and a hot sausage roll. Quick service, friendly staff. The store is always clean. The cake section is usually always full. Visit here probably at least once a week.

A good place to visit for a lunch time bite to eat, I usually have a regular mocha and potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce, or a slice of pizza. Staff have always been friendly in my experience and generous with stamping the reward card.

Lovely staff, mostly female and dealing with seedier elements of hungry society exposes them somewhat. However the staff are diligent and as human as possible.

I am a regular customer at greggs upper brook st. Me and my son look forward to going as we know that the service is excellent the food is great and the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, I always have a good laugh while they still maintain a great level of professionalism. , I can't fault anything . Helen is particularly friendly and amazing at her job I have never felt so welcome by anyone. All the staff are great including Grace.

Standard Gregg's a bit small but in a great position in the middle of town. Can be busy at lunch time but only normally a 3-4 minute line.
Often less than that popular Gregg's with a good selection.
