Very busy night but staff were cheerful. It took a while for the orders to be taken but that was simply due to the fact they were busy. Ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly exactly as I had asked for and tasted wonderful.
Staff were very courteous and even though they were rushing around they still found time to thank us as we left and bid us goodbye.
Yesterday (3rd November 2023), I came to Frankie and Benny’s with my best friend for her birthday meal.
We had the pleasure to be served by Ben, a waiter who was very polite and kind.
First of all, our drinks - 10/10 for quality and garnish !( A fellow waitress understands the importance and loves the attention to detail)
Our mains - Ben upsold on our mains and ensured to check back to make sure we were satisfied with our meals
Desserts - Again, Ben was able to tempt us to have a dessert each, in which he was very catering to my friend requesting cold custard on her apple crumble
Delivery - Without asking, Ben noticed the occasion ( with the big balloon next to us) and brought out the apple crumble with a candle on and sung happy birthday ! Although a surprise, she loved it and appreciated the effort that went into this :)

I was passing by one morning and decided to pop in for breakfast. I had the Beef Brisket Hash and southern baked beans from the special menu. I loved it. Service was warm and welcoming chatting away with me while I was deciding between items, I was asked as my drinks were getting low if I wanted a refill which the waitress then kept on top of as I was enjoying my meal. I truly enjoyed my breakfast and will likely be popping in some afternoon for the rest of the menu.
Really nice lunchtime 2 course today with friends. The Mediterranean salad with steak was good and refillable drinks for £3 bargain. Kids pizza was nice. Staff very friendly and music not so loud you could still talk. Will be back soon.

My daughter has ASD and high anxiety, the staff where brilliant! sitting us in a quiet area of the restaurant and even offered to turn the music down! The young guy that served us ( believe his name was Brandon) was amazing, he made the whole experience so much easier for my daughter who normally struggles in these environments , very polite and couldn’t help us enough, he’s a brilliant staff member Would definitely recommend.
Took my family here to celebrate my son getting his GCSE results. They were doing a promotion that any student who can show their GCSE results would get a free pizza. Managed to get a table pretty easily. Service was great and the food was tasty. However the food was quite expensive. I myself had a pasta dish and that alone was over £14. Nice food, nice atmosphere but for the price I would say it's more of an occasional place to visit.
Our server was up beat and friendly and very informative and one of his first questions was about allergies.
Only fault was that the air conditioning was on and myself and other diners were complaining it was extremely cold and for this reason we didn't stay for dessert
Popped in for lattes and desserts after the film at Cinema. Lovely and clean , dessert lovely, staff so friendly and polite. Tom was a true gentleman who served us. Will visit again.
Definitely one of my favourite Frankie and Benny's branches. The service is friendly and professional and the food well presented. Lots of vegetarian options and I'm always happy to see a loaded veggie hotdog on the menu! It also has an outdoor area and is opposite the cinema.
Grandaughters birthday,so whole family had a fab meal with brownie and candle for the birthday girl.
Can not recomend enough...
