Oriental Magic

We have been using Oriental Magic for all of our family Chinese Takeaways for a few years. We have a very large family with some orders reaching as many as 20+ different dishes. Last Saturday, they took our order as usual and as ever, when I arrived to collect it was just being boxed up. When arriving at home and starting the meal, we were surprised to find that some pancakes were missing from the Crispy Duck on the order. We were fortunate that we had some in our freezer, which we quickly thawed and used. Two points stand out about this;- 1. In the 2 - 3 years which we've been ordering from them, this is the first mistake which they've made on some very large orders. 2. No sooner had we started our meal, I received a call from them telling me that the chef had noticed they had not boxed the pancakes up and they offered to deliver them immediately. Fortunately, this wasn't necessary. Mistakes happen, but I wonder how many takeaways would have this level of honesty and service? Just as a P.S. we always receive free fortune cookies and prawn crackers and an occasional extra starter to try. They remain our favourite takeaway. Thank You.

Tried many Chinese/Cantonese Takeaways in our local town, and this is simply our favorite. Be it service, choice or cost. Like many of these Takeaways, they only do 'Cash Only', so make sure you have the reddies available, especially if ordering for delivery (which 99% of the time, is well within the standard 45 mins). I could only suggest they get a card/contactless machine to improve the servie that bit more, given they're freely avaibl via mobile phones these days (instead of the big bulky abd expensive Bank issued machines).

Love the salt and pepper chicken strips, char su pork with BBQ sauce on top. Yum. The large spring rolls is like bei g in hell but it's too delicious to go back to heaven. and the friendly staff makes you feel welcoming. 1 minuts from public transport and civic hall. Right by the heart of nantwich. With good delivery service. Order great food eating with the good company.
