Loved it. A real gem. I complained to my daughter why it took her so long to take us here. We are visitors to the area. We will definitely return. Good coffee, nice cakes, lovely setting.

I’d heard about this independent business from a friend, I wanted to come here to see and experience this lovey cafe for myself. I came on a day when the weather was not so nice but thats Wales so to be expected. As I entered, I was warmly welcomed to staff. There was a small queue, but staff still acknowledged me and apologised for the delay. Whilst I was waiting, I had a look around and took some photos. I chose a table, checked out the menu and then returned to the counter and placed my order. I had a cheese and ham panini, it arrived with a delicious side salad and very tasty salad dressing. My food was piping hot, well presented and looked amazing. The coffee shop was moderately busy, yet the staff were aware of all the customers and very attentive to their needs. After my food I went for a walk around and took some more photos. There is a fully adapted disabled toilet downstairs. In what is called the sergeants mess. This is a small area off to the side of the main shop, it is beautifully decorated. On leaving the main cafe and heading out into the garden, I discovered sheds that have been converted to be little seating areas that are also Harry Potter themed. There is a ramp leading down into the garden that has handrails either side of the ramp making the garden is also wheelchair accessible. A lot of attention and thought, as well as time and effort has gone into decorating this place. Harry Potter these is prevalent throughout. For any HP fan this is a must visit. On returning inside I passed another fully adapted wheelchair accessible toilet, this making two available on the ground floor. The upstairs was closed so I was not able to head upstairs to see its layout or the decoration. However, from the moment I walked in I received amazing customer service; the food was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I will definitely come here again when I come to Neath.

Wow! Just wow! This was a treasure if a find. I had the Micha and mmmmuah ! Belgium chocolate and erfect balance of coffee, then the added touch of the effect chocolate heart! I met the owner and glad I did or I would have e missed the secret garden and the tour upstairs. You have to explore they entirety of this shop. So many splendid , special surprises. The attention to detail of every perfectly placed decorative item...words could never do this place justice. I did not try the pastries this go around...but I will be back before I leave this charming area, I have to say koodos and my goodbyes to Lee!

We've visited about three times now and each visit has been wonderful! Food is fresh and tasty, drinks are delicious and made quite quickly! As other reviews may have mentioned it's a great spot for Harry Potter fans. The prices are as you'd expect for a cosy independent cafe, especially since they offer gluten free/vegan options (be still, my heart! 💜) We're very lucky to call this place our local coffee shop. Highly recommend if you're in Neath for the day and in need of some hearty food and refreshing beverages.

Quaint little café, lots of memorabilia on the walls and quirky decorations. My friend had a jacket potato which looked lovely, I had almond cake with tea. My only qualm is they don't provide teapots (a little petty of me), but something I always look for in cafés like this! Other than that, absolutely lovely.

Lovely place, really quirky & fun décor. We had hot choc with a mountain of cream, I had a toasted bacon, chicken & mozzerrela panini, came with a side salad, really lush. Sue had some sort of cake that seemed to go down a treat. Will deffo go back. 😁

Love this quirky cafe and always visit when in Neath. Had the tuna/mayo jacket potato today which was beautiful and a cup of white hot chocolate which tasted exactly like a Milky Bar. Will definitely be ordering that again!!!
