The awards and review don't do this place justice. This relatively small fish and chip shop stands amongst the giants of the UK delivering possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had in this country (and as a travelling musician - I've tried many!). Not only is the fish MSC labelled, but tastes like heaven in a box. Definitely has my seal of approval!

Love the place!! Food is always lovely � took my 2 year old daughter in today an she had a massive melt down and went on for ages!! They brought her over a ice cream to try an help! Can't thank them enough coz I was really starting to get embarrassed!! They didn't charge me for the ice cream!! Lovely place! Lovely food and lovely stuff.. thank you xx

Been going here for years and they never disappoint. Most recently I ordered click and collect for small fish and chips and jalapeño balls. They were out of jalapeño balls so swapped them for halloumi fries for me which are the same price PLUS gave me large chips and added extra halloumi fries to the usual 5 and even offered me a free sauce! Absolutely no need for this as they only need exchange the item. But just brilliant service and kind staff. Cannot not recommend them enough!!

Love the food, friendly staff. Decided to try something different today and have a chicken burger with salad and coleslaw. It was amazing Chips were lovely too. Highly recommend

Hikarys fish bar in Neath has got to be one of the best fish and chips shop in Wales. It's a well organised shop with a good store room, very clean prep areas and the staff and food are outstanding. Single yellow line parking outside of the shop. Wheelchair friendly but not mobility scooters. Well worth stopping off for a bite to eat.

The best homemade rissoles that I've ever tasted, he really has perfected his recipe. The owner is a lovely bloke and the staff are great too.

Love Hikarys, the sausage in batters are amazing not too crispy and full of batter just how I like them. Thanks Nadine and Matt! Lovely friendly staff throughout the shop and always a smile on Their faces. Will never go anywhere else

Oh my Goodness! She types in place of many swear words!! Just had a Hikary small Fish and Small Chips x2 plus the mild curry sauce.......such an amazing portion size in both (oeeeer Matron)....tasted absolutely divine!!! BEST Fish and Chips ever truely! The Chips were crisp outwards with super fluffy centres ans the batter on the fish was perfect! Crispy not greasy just amazing! Curry sauce was amazing! Guys if you fancy a no cooking treat head to this eatery they are amazing!!!! 100 out of 10. And the staff were exemplary so polite and cheerful! X
