One star for atmosphere because I was in the car with family and my dad never glues his false teeth in. HOWEVER. This is a great little stop on the outskirts of Neath, and the food has always been good. I spent 15 years in retail and I know what it's like, but we have never had a crossed word with anyone. This visit in particular, we were offered drinks holders, extra napkins, sauces, which I don't think you get from many drive-thrus.
The angus steakhouse I had was delicious, and the Whoppers from my parents had good reviews too. They were all assembled nicely, wrapped and easy to eat. Nothing worse than when you bite in and a slice of gherkin flies around the car like flubber.
The fries were lovely but a bit over-salted, which I prepared for by ordering gods drink, Fanta.

Got to say food was lovely but had to use machines as staff more concerned about home delivery so if paying by cash well you have a long wait , got to say cleaner tonight 24/08/23 was awesome , you could see he really enjoys his role .and very thorough

It's a burger king there's more atmosphere on the moon , it's a burger king the service is about as likely as a conservative refugee aid association, it's a burger king the burgers are pretty good ..

I had a Angus beef burger with cheese and bacon and a bacon double cheese burger washed down with a Fanta iced lemon drink. It was lovely. Will definitely be going back.

We turned up when it was really busy, so there was a wait for the order, however when the food arrived it was piping hot and it was correct. The Manager was training a few new staff I think and apologised for the wait. It never helps when there is a drive in and Just eat orders at the same time though. Food was just like any other Burger King.
Toilets were clean but you needed a code from the staff to get in. Not sure why this is the case. I didn’t realise and thought I was losing my mind when I saw someone else come out and couldn’t get the door to budge-husband thought it was funny though 🤣
