Papa John's Pizza

They don't answer their phones! Take at least 90 minutes to arrive with cold Pizza and will not refund! Used to love Papa Johns but the y have gone shocking as of late. They hire only 1 driver who is overworked, they need to hire more! When the pizzas do arrive they are of varying quality and cold. Sort it out!

I thought I would give this place a try as it's around the corner and domino's can be expensive. The price was right and the waiting time minimal. I just wish the pizza was up to scratch. The pizza was hot and smelt good. The lift of the first pizza told me that it was not going to taste great. The whole thing from crust to topping was very greasy. The dough was like rubber. The pizza in generally was not very tasteful. Very disappointed. Will not be returning #dominospizza

What happened??? When we first started ordering for them it was great and now its terrible really late delivery, food cold, you ring the store and they don't care, no refund no explanation and they don't care as long as they get the cash. Never mind Dominos has opened in Neath we will try them next time.

If zero would of have been an option I would of scored this based on the service as you don't get any, placed An order at 7.45 tonight and never received my order called at 9:30 over an hour and half later to be told my food was out for deliver and if i don't recieved in 5 mins to call back called a further 10 mins to be told they have no idea where it is they advised they have no idea and the Advisor advised he will personally do a further 30 mins later at this point it was 10:58 I was told it was closed and could hear them laughing as didn't put me on hold they advised again would do the order if is now 11:30pm I rang again to be told that they have delivered my order after she checked was sent to the wrong address and she advised wait till tomo and you can re order at this point I could hear them swearing As i asked for Head off number to be told they don't have but I can have the owner number I have never been so disgusted with a such service In my live 4 hours later no pizza and told to wait till tomo and we will be first on the order . FOR ANYONE READING THIS DONT ORDER AS THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I SHOULD HAVE SCORED ZERO Order with dominos least it comes

Just tried to phone the store for 20 min straight, no answer so I called my friend in papa jo0hns Preston, as they have a board there that shows how many tickets they have done and the best and worst in the country for ticket amounts. Why don't they answer the phone when I've just been told they have done only 13 tickets all day, which is the worst in the country but cant answer the phone despite this fact. It will close down soon, The friend at Preston told me it cant go on like this for much longer, so go elsewhere until someone buys the shop and puts the genuine work in the brand deserves to make it better.

I'm absolutely fuming. Ordered our food at 8.30pm .... 9pm came no food, called them was advised it's on it way... 9.30 came rang was adivised its on the way in fact I was the 2nd drop" they said how laughable! Obviously lying. 10pm came still no food rang again they apologised I was given wrong information and I will get the food within 30 mins. Can you believe it 10.30 came still no food, rang again, said they are busy and a further 30 mins my order will be with me!!! Shocking!!!!! Our food arrived !!.....at 11.25 pm! I'm still in a state of shock!! Well let me tell you ALL, I had the pizza which was absolutely disgusting with nothing apart from the dough and BBQ sauce! NO CHICKEN....also ordered a side order of chicken and guess what....we recieved a side order of a desert instead which was just dough with treacle on it. NEVER in a million years would I order from such an unprofessional take away. They should be ashamed. head offfice will be having a call off me first thing Monday morning. DO NOT BUY HERE. I promise you, you will be disappointed. I'm fuming. ZERO STARS here.
