Weird, we used to go here, previously under the old managent and it was not as chaotic then. Strangely the pizzas were the same quality but cheaper 🤔. Staff were all newish but from what they said it was chaotic. I appreciate that you are trying to compete but go back to basics 👍

My wife and I popped in on Valentine's day without a reservation. Casey was attentive and accomodating. The food was amazing and the service we received was top class. We will definitely be back to try the pizza 🍕

A pre Xmas treat for my aunt who is wheelchair bound. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable visit, even though they were very busy. Thank you for all your kindnesses and for a delicious lunch.

Ordered gome wrong!! Ordered a delivery via uber eats.
Pretty much all the order was missing, the one thing which was delivered, (our pizza) looked like it had been thrown against a wall then stamped on. Uber eats delivery driver obviously didn't care at all about the food he was handling.
Quick call to juniper place and the staff couldn't do enough to help. The service was honestly brilliant. Shouldn't judge people on the mistake, but how they fix it, and that's why they're getting 5 stars.
Complete order was re-made, and a member staff organised a new delivery which arrived quickly.
Shouldnt leave out, the Food is stunning!

Local chain, of two, the other is in Swansea. Think a cross between Botanist and Bills - feels intimate and the booths are opulent! Food was good, perfectly cooked and delicious flat iron steak with Welsh rarebit sauce is highly recommended! Very friendly staff and so far from stuffy it's a delight! Definitely worth a visit!

We stumbled across this restaurant on a visit to Neath and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is spotlessly throughout clean. Sam our waiter is a gem (he deserves a promotion), he was friendly and attentive and gave us information about places to visit during our stay. Our pizzas were delicious everything freshly cooked, hot and good value for money. We will definitely return again during our stay in Neath
