This is now a Burger King and Greggs! Very new, clean and tidy with seating area and good selection of hot and cold food. Brand new so worth a visit to break up a journey (as their is a petrol station and HGV Parking along with premier Inn on the site) carpark is not huge but on the site there is ample.
Burger King used to be rubbish, cold sloppy burgers. They have improved their product massively and I would definitely recommend this place. The staff seem polite enough and the service was fast. Condiments were offered and given. The only suggestion is that "Trash walks" are undertaken as the car park is a tip and the outside looks so shabby. The food though is really nice.
Its burgerking , you get what you expect , clean , food is tasty staff are friendly
I went to Gregg's next door - as good as ever. Sit in or takeaway. Closes at 4. Burger King (and toilets) are still open after that.
Had a divine meal here earlier today. I was served by a lovely young lady who I believe is called Emily. Polite and chatty… made the experience brilliant! Will be coming back.
Great revamp. The little chef that was previously here wasn't too bad but some parts of the building were unclean.
The new burger king and Greg's offers more space and nice places to sit. It's very clean and tidy and the staff are attentive.
I can't comment on the toilets as I didn't use them but the entrance to them looked clean.
The seating was comfy and not too crowded so you can enjoy your meal without being squashed in.
The car park gets full quickly but there are plenty of bins outside for those who want to sit in the sun or in their cars.
Very handy for passers by and truckers who want a quick stop.
Very pleased with the revamp of this. They have made it look very modern and tidy
Will visit again
Food was great, restaurant was not!
Honestly, the burger and fries were delicious. Cooked to perfection and better than McDs. However, the new restaurant did not live up to expectations. Most of it was roped off. So we were confined to a tiny corner. We're a family of four and the four seat table was the size of a tea tray. No bigger than the table for two. The exact same table in fact, just with 4 seats around it. We had to resort to putting some of our meal on a chair. Ridiculous and disappointing. Also, all of the toilets were "out of order" Mens, women's and disabled. Very disappointing and uncomfortable visit. I got the feeling they were possibly low on staff so just reduced the amount of work by closing the majority of the restaurant and the toilets so they didn't have to tend to it.
Very down to earth, and very friendly. The food I enjoyed very much, and the chips are to die for. Not that silly little strip chips you get out of some restaurants. But I mean door step chips that you can sink your teeth in. Defiantly visit again.
quiet place for a short break, just across the roundabout maybe 1.5 miles is Nedham lake where you can take a walk and relax.
