Good drinks, staff don't quite listen properly to orders though (asking for no cream). Lighting needs to be improved in the store, dark and gloomy vibe (like its night inside) even on a bright sunny day!!! (Compare to other stores around you)

Any time I get the chance to go to this Starbucks I go and always get a frappe the staff are amazing. they make me a special frappe thats not even on the menu. I must go there to often all the staff know me by name and what I drink without saying a word. Keep up the great job.

This is a good Starbucks with a second floor with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverage while you use the Wi-Fi. It is not a complete Starbucks in the United States sense, with a full menu of beverages and breakfast and lunch items as well as pastries. However, what they do they do well. There is no nearby parking and you need to get in and out on foot.

Great location in the centre of Nelson City. Staff here are absolutely amazing and remembered my name after only a few visits. Cabinet food is delicious and varied. Try the white chocolate mocha it's awesome. Pricing on par with other cafes and can get really busy at peak times.
