Usual greggs fair staff friendly helpful .
The only issue was that the scanner for the app wasn't working again. It has been out of action for about 3 weeks

Decent greggs, can get really busy. Usually have good selection and not too much of a wait.

Excellent customer service. Need to really appreciate Lois for the great service. Normally buy the pizza , after 4pm any drink is for 10p with the pizza.

Was looking at having an online delivery. They have such a good selection of food & good value too. Some of the reviews put me off but i might try a delivery to see for myself.

I have upgraded this greggs comment to a five star as I feel it is the best greggs in Cardiff. The weekend staff work together tirelessly to give the customer a friendly,courteous and prompt service and they should be commended for their efforts, "Thank you Gregg's Pentwyn". I was stood in the queue watching the staff serve every customer with a smile. I cant believe how hard they work for the company the customer and each other, fabulous, brilliant it's a real team effort.

It's Greggs, so you know it's going to be good! The festive bake is back, which is awesome. But where have the bean and sausage bakes gone?

Can often be a big queue but thats because it is a good Greggs but maybe miss it if you're in a hurry or are going to be late for work etc. Other than that its great 👍

No corned beef pasties for sale but they were being cooked. Good stock of other items needed. Young lad who served me was polite and efficient.
