Horrible gluten free sandwich. No flavour. Ordered the new club master toasted. Got old I toasted GF bread one tiny piece of bacon, a thin sliver of turkey breast. Too much mayo and lettuce. This sandwich is gross and tastes mainly on mayo …
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered two meal deals and only one came with the full meal deal and the other one missing the drink and snacks. I tried calling the New Malden branch but the phone number keeps dropping off and doesn’t even ring once. I got charged for the items but didn’t receive the food!
The best subway in the borough. Very clean and hygienic. Ask for Asad he will make you the Sub. See you soon.
Asad and Khushboo are some of the most polite, helpful and attentive people working at Subway. Khushboo always very patient and reminding me of great deals and Asad always treats us like family. Great team and great sandwiches!
